In addition to our handy Rental / Contractor Package Dotzenrod Conveyors can build a custom system designed for the conveyor service in mind. Our system is built using 3 Phase power for efficiency when running a day to day operation. This system is designed to move large volumes of material non-stop all day long. This state-of-the-art conveyor belt system is designed to move 12 yards of material 150 feet away in as little as 10 minutes. From experience, we have found that a 12 belt (150 ft.) system is the most widely used configuration and with certain accessories, it will work for any custom application.
